What BUZZ is, and isn't

BUZZ will remind you to pay for parking and drop-offs and help you get to the right place to pay. It is a reminder service.

Using this website

Please don't misuse the website. That includes trying to break or overload it, signing up other people without their permission, using automated tools to join the waitlist, or copying the site's content or design for your own product.

The BUZZ name, logo and website content belong to us.

Our responsibility to you

We provide the website and waitlist free of charge and as they are. We do our best to keep them accurate and working, but we can't promise they will always be available or error-free.

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or that you could have avoided by following these terms. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms as BUZZ develops, and we'll change the date at the top when we do. If we make a change that matters to you, we'll email you. The BUZZ app will have its own terms, which we'll ask you to agree to before you use it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
